What we build

Most infusion data problems start with the order, the appointment, and the date you count by.

  1. 01WeInfuse reportingReports and dashboards built in the embedded Looker, using the Explore that matches each question and a written grain for every report.
  2. 02Data feeds for partnersStatus, dispense, inventory, and patient feeds for manufacturers and hubs, in the format the contract names, checked before every send.
  3. 03IntegrationsScheduled pulls from your infusion EHR into a database, warehouse, or CRM, with completeness checks and a runbook your team can follow.
  4. 04Referral and revenue analyticsFollow each patient from referral to first infusion, and each visit from documentation to deposit, so you can see where both get lost.
  5. 05Multi-site rollupsOne definition per metric, applied the same way at every site, so a site comparison starts a useful conversation instead of an argument.
  6. 06Provider portalsA view for referring offices that shows where their patients are, so they stop calling your front desk to ask.

Common questions

What does an infusion analytics consultant do?

We join and model your infusion data (orders, authorizations, appointments, administrations, claims, and inventory) so you can measure intake, capacity, revenue, and drug use with definitions everyone agrees on. We also build data feeds to manufacturers, hubs, and CRMs.

Do you work with WeInfuse?

Yes. Most of our infusion work has been on WeInfuse data, through its embedded Looker and the Looker API. WeInfuse is a trademark of its owner. Greyfield Data is independent and not affiliated with WeInfuse.

Do you only work with WeInfuse data?

No. The same methods apply to other infusion EHRs, billing systems, remittance files, and CRMs. If your project touches a system we haven’t worked with, we tell you before we start.

Do you work denials or post payments?

No. We build the reporting that shows where denials and unpaid visits come from. If you need the billing work itself done, a revenue cycle company is the better fit, and we can work alongside one.

Will you sign a BAA?

Yes. We sign a business associate agreement before we access any PHI, and we use synthetic data for demos and examples.

How long does a first project take?

It depends on access and scope. A small set of reports from one system typically takes a few weeks, and most of that time goes to checking and review. Integrations and work that joins several systems take longer.

A report that takes too long, a feed a partner keeps rejecting, or two people with two answers. Tell us about it on a 30-minute call and leave with a next step.
