WeInfuse reporting and integrations
We get the reports, exports, and feeds out of WeInfuse that the built-in reports don’t give you.

Sound familiar?
- Your reporting is someone else’s Looker. You can’t add a field, and every new report means a support ticket.
- The built-in reports take a long time to run and are full of rows you don’t need.
- A partner asks for an API, and the answer is always “go through Looker”.
- A scheduled export failed last week, and nobody noticed until a file was missing.
- Two reports built from different Explores show different numbers for the same month.
What we do with WeInfuse data
We work through WeInfuse’s embedded Looker and, for integrations, the Looker API.
- 01Custom reportsReports built from the Explore whose rows match your question, with a written grain for each.
- 02DashboardsReferrals, authorizations, capacity, billing, and inventory for operations and leadership, by site and month.
- 03Scheduled exportsReports sent to SFTP, email, or a shared drive, with a rolling date window and a check that each file arrived.
- 04Partner data feedsStatus, dispense, inventory, and patient feeds for manufacturers and hubs, checked before every send.
- 05IntegrationsAutomated pulls through the Looker API into a database, warehouse, or CRM, with completeness checks and a runbook.
- 06Fixing reports that disagreeWe find why two numbers differ, usually a different Explore, join, or date, and write down which one is right.
How an engagement runs
Every project starts with the data, not a dashboard mockup.
- 1
Data health check
We confirm access, find the fields you need, and tell you in writing what we can build and what your data can’t answer.
- 2
Build
We build the reports, exports, or feeds, write each definition down, and check totals against the source.
- 3
Support
You get the documentation, and we can stay on to watch scheduled sends and add reports.
What you need to have ready
- Looker access for us: a login in your WeInfuse account, which may be an add-on seat.
- API credentials, for integrations: you request them from WeInfuse support.
- A signed BAA before we see any PHI.
- Someone who knows your center and can check the first reports against what they see.
What WeInfuse data can’t tell you yet
Better to know before you plan a dashboard around it.
- 01Actual chair timeWe haven’t found check-in or check-out times in the models we’ve used, so utilization is built from the schedule.
- 02Revenue before a claimExpected reimbursement appears once a claim is generated in WeInfuse, so billing outside it leaves margin and A/R out.
- 03Complete history from exportsSends don’t retry or carry deletes, so plan a periodic full refresh.
WeInfuse work we’ve done
Client names stay private.

Multi-site ambulatory infusion provider
Built four manufacturer data-contract feeds in an infusion provider’s embedded Looker, with status and dispense reconciled and QA before every upload.

Hub-services and patient-access company
Built a Python connector that pulls nine WeInfuse entity feeds per infusion center through the Looker API, with a runbook for onboarding new centers.

Multi-site ambulatory infusion center group
Gave an infusion group’s referral sales team one value per administered visit: billing units by J-code, waste included, priced at public CMS ASP.

Common questions
Are you affiliated with WeInfuse?
No. WeInfuse is a trademark of its owner. Greyfield Data is independent and not affiliated with WeInfuse. We work with WeInfuse data on behalf of infusion providers and the companies they share data with.
Can you add fields to WeInfuse’s Looker?
No. The models belong to WeInfuse, and their joins are fixed. If a field isn’t in one model, we look for another model that has it, or bring the data together outside Looker.
Do we need API access?
Not for reports, dashboards, or scheduled exports. For automated integrations, usually yes. Access paths vary by customer, so we confirm yours during the data health check.
How long does it take?
A small set of reports typically takes a few weeks from access to sign-off. Most of that time goes to checking, field edge cases, and review, not to building. Integrations take longer and depend on how fast access is granted.
What does it cost?
We quote after the data health check, once we know the scope and the access you have. You get a fixed scope before any build work starts.
Can our team maintain the reports afterwards?
Yes. Each report comes with its grain, definitions, filters, and the checks we ran, so someone on your team can rerun, edit, or troubleshoot it.
Bring the report WeInfuse won’t give you
Or the export that keeps failing. On a 30-minute call we’ll look at what you need and tell you whether your data can answer it.
