How I work
Start with the decision
Most projects begin with a report that takes too long, a number nobody trusts, or data someone re-enters every week. I start there, not with a tool.
Define it before building it
Every metric gets a grain, a date, a source, and an owner. Two reports that disagree are usually two definitions, and I write both down.
Leave your team able to run it
I document what I build and teach the people who will maintain it, so the work keeps running after I hand it off.

Infusion center work
A good share of my recent work is in infusion healthcare. I've built reporting and recurring data feeds from WeInfuse's embedded Looker, a Looker API pipeline that loads infusion center data for a hub-services company, a visit-value model for a referral sales team, and the data behind a referring-provider portal.
