Your stage

Answer the questions to see your result.

You will get one of four stages, what is holding you there, and the next step that would make the biggest difference.

Free. About three minutes. Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.

How to use it
  1. Answer ten plain questions about your reports, definitions, billing, and sites.
  2. Read your stage, what is holding you there, and what is already working.
  3. Take the first step listed under what to do next, and share the link with your team if it helps.
How the scoring works
  • Eight questions score 0 to 3 points each, for 24 at most. The questions about billing and sites do not score. They change the advice.
  • 9 points or more is stage 2, 16 or more is stage 3, and 21 or more is stage 4.
  • A few answers hold you at a stage whatever the points say. Without a weekly report you are at stage 1. Reports that often disagree, a weekly report that takes most of a day, no view of referrals waiting on authorization, or payments you cannot trace to a visit hold you at stage 2. No worked problem lists, or less than a year of history you trust, hold you at stage 3.
  • The four stages follow the five stages of infusion data, with the last two joined, since few centers need prediction before they automate.
Use it as a starting point

A quiz cannot see your reports. The quickest check you can run yourself: ask two people to count last month's completed visits on their own, and compare. If the numbers differ, start with definitions before any new software.

Questions

What does data readiness mean for an infusion center?

It is how far your data is from answering everyday questions without someone rebuilding a spreadsheet. This check places you in one of four stages based on your reports, definitions, and history, and names the next step that pays off.

What are the four stages of infusion data?

Spreadsheets and exports, reliable weekly reports, one view across systems, and ready for automation. They follow the five stages of infusion data in our maturity guide, with the last two joined, since few centers need prediction before they automate.

How is my stage scored?

Eight questions score 0 to 3 points each, for 24 at most. 9 points or more is stage 2, 16 or more is stage 3, and 21 or more is stage 4. A few answers hold you at a stage whatever the points say. Without a weekly report, for example, you are at stage 1.

How can I tell if our reports can be trusted?

Ask two people to count last month's completed visits on their own, and compare. If the numbers differ, start by writing down what counts as a completed visit before you buy any new software.

Do I need a data warehouse to move up a stage?

Not to reach stage 2. That usually takes written definitions and reports that run on a schedule with the same filters every time. A single place for scheduling, billing, and payment data starts to matter at stage 3, when your questions need more than one system at once.

Does it matter if billing is outside WeInfuse or we run several sites?

Those two questions do not change your score, but they change the advice. An outside billing company means getting a regular file from them matters as much as any report. With more than one site, each site needs to count visits, chairs, and patients the same way before you compare them.

Want this from your own data?

Your scheduling and billing data can already answer most of these questions. We build the weekly report that takes you to the next stage.
