- Manual hours = reports × hours each × runs per month (36 hours), plus reconciling time (8 hours).
- Hours saved = manual hours × 70%.
- Net monthly saving = hours saved × hourly cost, minus monthly upkeep.
- Payback = build cost ÷ net monthly saving.
