Case study · Marketing and enrollment analytics
A regional education nonprofit was piecing together website, email, and form performance from ten recurring exports. Greyfield built one enrollment and marketing reporting workflow, defined the funnel, and handed staff a process they could refresh without rebuilding the analysis each month.

The challenge
GA4, Constant Contact, and Gravity Forms exports used different structures and definitions. Staff could see isolated activity, but not the enrollment funnel, campaign engagement, important pages, and form demand in one place.
Approach
Organized two GA4 exports, two Constant Contact campaign exports, and six Gravity Forms exports into one repeatable monthly workflow.
Designed views for sessions, users, campaign activity, form submissions, funnel drop-off, priority pages, and email engagement so staff could compare traffic, email activity, and form submissions in one funnel.
Added definitions, update instructions, twelve monthly conversion calculations, and a manual fallback so the dashboard could keep working after delivery.
Results
Greyfield turned ten monthly exports into one repeatable enrollment view. Staff can compare channels, review funnel drop-off, and refresh the analysis from documented definitions and instructions instead of rebuilding it each month.
